North Tangi Counseling Services

We are Rebranding and Expanding our Services to better meet the needs of our Community. North Tangi Counseling Services have been providing services for over a Decade.  In addition to providing Individual Counseling and Trauma Informed Care, we are excited to announce that our Licensed Mental Health Professionals are now Certified and providing the following Specialized and Evidence Based Practices:

 *Positive Parenting Program (Triple P-Level 4) for Parents and Caregivers of Children and Adolescents ages 12-18 experiencing moderate to               severe  behavioral and/or emotional difficulties.

 *Preschool PTSD Treatment (PPT)- Ages 3-6 years of age

                                                        *Youth PTSD Treatment (YPT)- Ages 7-18 years of age

                                                        *Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) - Ages 3-18 years of age

We accept referrals from parents, schools,  and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for each child's mental health needs.

We are in network with all Louisiana Medicaid Plans, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and other Private Insurance Plans.
